Meet your host
I’m Sam your podcast host and fellow ADHDer. I got my ADHD diagnosis in early 2024 at age 41 after 12 months of suspecting something was a bit different.
Like most people, my ADHD diagnosis for me came with some relief and a little imposter syndrome because I think ADHD shows up differently in us all depending upon our upbringing, environment, and co-existing conditions.
Is ADHD a superpower, or is it a disability?
Do we all lose our keys and do we all get sidetracked?
My aim is to interview as many people with ADHD as I can to share the wide depth and range of experiences out there to show that ADHD is more nuanced than social media might first make out.
