Bio
Sam Milburn (she/her) is host of the ‘Could it be ADHD?’ podcast which helps other late diagnosed ADHD people navigate their recent diagnosis. By sharing the lived experiences of other late diagnosed people, Sam is helping to cut through ADHD stereotypes and misdiagnosis by reaching out to those who need to hear the message that they’re not ‘too much, too weird or too scatty’ on her mission to improve the lives and mental health of those with ADHD. Sam believes that self-diagnosis is valid and highlights the shared experiences of lengthy waiting times and effects of an often difficult pathway to an assessment.
Despite only starting her Instagram account and podcast in April 2024 Sam has built up an engaged following on social media that is growing rapidly with millions of views on Instagram and regularly reaching 400K+ accounts a month.
