Today I'm sharing my journey as I prepare for my ADHD assessment this week.

Despite attempting to go through the NHS the setbacks and delays have just been too much for me so I decided to pursue a private assessment.

I talk about my decision to go privately with ADHD 360, the same center that my right to choose paperwork is with (well, should have been!) what that process looks like, and how I’m feeling about it all.
