8. Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria and ADHD

rejection sensitive dysphoria and adhd podcast cover

Rejection sensitive dysphoria is not a diagnosable disorder yet it shows up in many ADHDers. It can actually be quite debilitating - something that has stopped me from functioning seemingly 'normally' in the past and continues to be something that I work on as part of my ADHD.

In this episode, I explain what rejection-sensitive dysphoria is and how it shows up for me plus a few little tips that might help to make it easier for you if you suffer from it too.

I'm not a qualified professional - if you think you have rejection sensitive dysphoria or any type of anxiety then please speak to your doctor so you can come up with a treatment plan to help you. I suffered with anxiety for more years than I should have and I wish I had spoken to my doctor sooner.
